Built a full logistics platform for Lithuania operating across 6 European countries. Custom PHP REST API on WordPress backend, Android apps compiled separately per market, order management, terminal picker, QR codes, push notifications and payment processing.

Problem
The client needed a scalable parcel delivery system that could operate across multiple European markets simultaneously, with country-specific Android apps and a unified backend.
Solution
Built a custom PHP REST API on WordPress, compiled separate Android apps per market using Kotlin, integrated terminal pickers, QR code scanning, push notifications via FCM, and payment processing.
